Comics and PINS

Brian Gleine - Comics and Pins

Brian Gleine has one thing he puts in every description header: “Every new project I work on is probably the stupidest thing I’ve ever done, but in a good way,” because describing yourself is hard, and at least this is accurate.

You may know his print work from his self-published children’s books and regular contributions to the quarterly Vagabond Comics. He also designs and sells enamel pins, which is probably the thing you are more likely to have seen, but less likely to be aware of.

ENAMEL PINS

What started as a weird bucket list thing to do because at one point I was super into pin trading at Disney World and I wanted to have ONE pin with my own character on it has spiraled into one of the main artistic outputs in my life.

You can purchase them from me in person at conventions, via my online store, or when I Kickstart a new design.

You can also COMMISSION me for pin designs, with a tentative pricing structure of:

  • For-profit: $125 (you’re going to sell them)

  • Non-profit: $85 (you’re making them for a group or club)

  • Additional $50 + cost of production for handling full process of creation with the manufacturer
